- How long does a typical engagement last?
- Most engagements start with a 2–4 week discovery and assessment, followed by an 8–12 week implementation phase. Many clients continue with an ongoing optimization retainer, but there is never an obligation to extend beyond the initial scope.
- We're not sure whether our problem is support, success, or onboarding. Can you still help?
- That's the most common starting point. Our discovery phase looks at the whole post-sales journey end to end, so we can pinpoint whether churn or dissatisfaction is driven by onboarding gaps, support friction, missing success coverage — or a mix — before recommending anything.
